The Yalilov & Partners team took first place among law firms involved in bankruptcy cases.
The leaders of regional law firms in bankruptcy cases have been determined. According to the news portal Pravo.ru, the Yalilov & Partners law firm entered the first group of the study.
The study was conducted based on questionnaires from law firms from all over Russia. 5,745 final decisions of Russian arbitration courts were analyzed, which were made for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2023, in bankruptcy cases.
The corporate bankruptcy market in Russia continues to shrink in terms of new cases, but the cost of individual disputes is growing. Conflicting parties increasingly prefer to resolve problems through negotiations rather than through bankruptcy proceedings.
