Work experience

Gulnara directs practice in the field of Property Development and possesses years of hands-on experience in jurisprudence . Prior to joining the team of Yalilov & Partners Company she worked as Deputy General Director of JSC Bureau of Technical Inventory in the Republic of Tatarstan supervising the work of such key divisions as Regulatory Affairs Department and expertise sector. Coincidently Gulnara successfully combined her duties at the company with teaching experience at the Business Education Institute of Innovative University named after V. G. Timiryasov (former called IEUP). She taught classes under the program of professional retraining in the area of cadastral activity: its legal fundamentals, self-correcting, state cadastral accounting and state registration of real property titles.

Since 2016 to 2019 Gulnara was employed in the position of the Executive Director at non-profit organization Federal Union of Russian Inventory Crew. Within the frames of this work she took an active part in the development of amendments to the draft federal law No. 107057-7 On Amendments to the Housing Code of the Russian Federation (in part of housing stock state accounting improvement). She arranged active interaction with deputies of the Russian Federation State Duma, State Duma Committee for Housing Policy, Housing and Public Utilities, executives of the Russian Federation Ministry of Construction to furher develop the existing housing laws.

At present Gulnara is actively engaged in legal education of citizens on real estate issues as a member of Tatarstan regional branch of All-Russian Public Organization Association of Russian Lawyers. Gulnara is also a frequent guest at various round tables and TV shows dedicated to legal advice and support.
